Using this website

The content here is provided for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not form a contract or a binding quote. Photographs show examples of previous work and are illustrative only.

Quotes and work

• Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices assume normal access and site conditions; unforeseen work is quoted separately before it is carried out.
• Materials remain our property until paid for in full.
• Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Cancellations

Where we agree work with a consumer away from our business premises, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start within that period, you may be charged for work already carried out.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
